Since the Great 8 had been out for their quest at the sea, they decided to explore the land.
The night before, the ladies showed their skill at bargaining once again.. From a trip worth 1600baht to 1100baht each, everyone managed to save abt SIN$20 all thanks to them. So as usual (what's new), after a night of drinking and playing card games and Uno Stacko-ing, most of them woke up late for the land quest..
It was definitely not an easy day for Teacher Lynn who was really "chui" that morning..
Even the BBQ eggs did not appeal to her..
After a super long bumpy bus journey, The Great 8 (We shall call it TG8 for short from now on..) reached their 1st destination. They were supposed to hunt for a hot spring in the area..
At the entrance of the quest..
Suddenly, one of them saw this magical light shining on a path.
It must be an indication for them to follow the path.. So they decided to try their luck and "bashed" thru the obstacles..
Walked on the logs..
And ta taz!!! The Hot Spring!!
They decided to take a shot break at the spring before continuing with the journey for their next quest..
After the relaxing dip in the spring, they passed by the stream..
And back to the bus when some TG8 members took their break..
TG8 headed towards their 2nd destination in search for a pool which had water as clear as crystal. The locals called it the Crystal Pool.
They walked..
And stopped to take some pictures..

Fooling around and performed some stunts from the circus..
TG8 felt their stomach growling and they decided to head for lunch..
After lunch, it was their final destination for the quest.. They were told by the natives that they could find some treasures around..
They were tired of walking when they saw this shelter ahead of them.
And they took a break..
"Look!", exclaimed Teacher Vanessa.
"Maybe we can use them to bring us around, then we don't have to walk so much.."
She directed the team's vision towards this animal..
"Should have told us the idea earlier la... *Bish*!!"
The path was a tedious one (as you can see)..
But all thanks to their new friends, TG8 managed to continue our quest for the treasures at ease..
Enjoying the scenery..
And they found the treasures!?!?!
Disappointed!! Luckily, the natives feared that TG8 would create chao in the village and decided to please then by serving some light refreshments..
After a long day out for their searching and trying to accomplish their quest, it was time for...
DINNER!!!
